After arriving in Siem Reap airport, you are welcomed by one of our driver and tour guide who will take you to your hotel. Then trip to locate some 16km from Siem Reap the village of Komong Phhluk is an absolute must see. Built in the flood plain of the Tonle Sap the houses here tower on stilts as high as 10 meters. In wet season the stilts are hidden and water laps at the floor boards. The flooded mangrove forests are an incredible sight and a wonderful place to tour by boat.
Day 2: Siem Reap
Your second day, start 05:00 am to see sunrise at angkor wat, Departure to the north of Siem Reap to visit the Ta Prohm, then the citadel of woman – Banteay Srei – a jewel indisputable of the Khmer art: entirely having been constructed by hard pink sandstone and perfectly preserved and restored. You will then drive back to visit AKIRA land mine museum and then continue to see the production of Palm Sugar at the villages along the way to Angkor Site.
This afternoon, you will visit the South Gate of Angkor Thom, Bayon, which located in the center of Angkor Thom ‘Great City’ of Cambodia, during the reign of King Jayavarman VII (1181-1218). It is impressive of 4 faces of Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva of Mahayana Buddhism. You will go on to Baphuon, Royal Enclosure, Phimeanakas, and Elephant Terrace and Leper King Terrace.
Day 3: Siem Reap – Phnom Penh
In the morning, you will start with a visit to Preah Khan temple, which was known as an old temporary city of king Jayavarman VII (1181-1218). You will continue to Neak Pean Temple, which was one of the 102 ancient hospitals of King Jayavarman VII who built this hospital temple for taking care people’s health. Eastern Mebon and Pre Rup temple will be visited later on. These two temples were built by the same king ‘Rajendra Varman II (944-967) to dedicate his ancestors.
After lunch you will drive to Phnom Penh by private vehicle and stop at Spider village in Skun.
Day 4: Phnom Phen capital city
This morning you will visit the Royal Palace, which was built in the conjunction of the Rivers during the reign of King NORODOM, and then you will continue to visit Silver Pagoda or Pagoda of Emerald Buddha. And then visit to National Museum.
After lunch you will visit Genocide Museum S21. And then you will transfer to Phnom Penh airport for your International flight.
